Satisfaction is Key!

If you are not happy with the product that you have purchased online, for any reason, Hawt Apparel will provide you with a full store Credit Note to exchange the style upon these guidelines.

RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to issue an online store credit on unworn and unwashed products within 14 days from the date of purchase. Goods must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

Goods may be tried on for fit but must be otherwise unworn.

Goods must be returned clean or undamaged and must include the original receipt.

We do NOT offer refunds for change of mind.

Customers who have received product/s with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly, are entitled to a full refund

(Note- Hawt Apparels team undertake strict quality control on every item. If the product is faulty, you will be refunds in the original form of payment for the order).

Please take due care when trying on any products/s, as ANY item/s manually defected will be returned to sender.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item.

We do NOT Credit Note/ refund original shipping charges.


WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

All Sale items can NOT be returned (Excluding full priced items purchased using a discount code)

FAULTY GOODS

All products purchased from Hawt Apparel are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear & tear, natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.
All goods will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department to verify the reason for their return. If we deem that the reason is not genuine, then you will be charged for the delivery costs of the replacement goods.

In all cases, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive at our dispatch location safely. We do not accept responsibility for goods that fail to arrive in their original condition. For this reason, we encourage you to insure the goods against loss or damage while in transit.
